Boring Mill

  • 1-Lucas 20 DC5, 4” bar, 20 HP boring mill. 20,000 lbs. capacity, 60” vertical travel x 72” x 84” table movement. CNC controller & 50” indexing table. SCR ball screw drives for .0005” accuracy.

Jig Borer

  • 1-3E Pratt & Whitney jib borer 30” x 48 table travel. Analam .0001 digital read out system along with an electrolimit measuring system; also a 36” motorized rotary table.
  • 1-#3 Moore jig bore

Jig Grinders

  • 2-#3 Moore jig grinders with rotary tables, slotting and low speed & high speed heads.
